I ____________________________________ (“Participant”) desire to participate in running and/or walking with “Never Alone Run Club” and/or "Team FDC". In consideration of my participation with “Never Alone Run Club” and/or "Team FDC", I intend to be legally bound, to hereby, for myself, my heirs and executors, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have hereafter accrue to me against Team FDC, LLC., coaches, its officers, agents, representatives, successors, sponsors, and event partners of any and all damages, injuries (including death), lawsuits, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) and any other liability sustained by me, my equipment or personal property which may occur directly or indirectly from my participation in running/walking events, training or races, whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any manner whatsoever.
